I work with clients on many topics and goals including:  Enhancing leadership presence and communication, transitions to new jobs/roles, effective team and project management, transitions to parenthood and in/out of parental leave, and exploring and executing changes in career paths.

Clients often arrive with a specific topic or goal to work on, and during our initial meetings we explore and refine the goals of our work together and create a coaching plan.  This plan helps to keep us accountable to staying on topic during our partnership

Our Partnership

Our coaching relationship is predicated on the belief that you know yourself best and that you are 100% capable of achieving your goals. My role as your coach is to ask you thought provoking questions that make you reflect, to remind you of your goals and what is important to you as we partner together, to challenge your thinking, to provide resources for self-discovery, and to hold you accountable to moving forward.

Our partnership is custom tailored to your situation - in terms of length, time commitment and any supplemental assessments (StengthsFinder, 360 degree review) we use to define and achieve your goals. 

My Experience

My clients are high-potential and emerging leaders, typically Senior Manager to SVP level.  They work in a variety of corporate settings, from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 100 companies. 

I have coached executives working in the following areas/industries: financial services, legal services, technology, e-commerce, food and beverage, retail, arts, media and higher education.
